Healthy Living Reboot is a group of likeminded people who want to improve their health. In this group we will encourage and uplift members. We will become friends. We will become teammates! In this group, you will not be left alone to figure things out. I will coach you through your journey of becoming a healthier version of you. These are things that can be incorporated in your family. But I will not just coach you, I will be there with you! I am in the trenches with you.

We will have fun in this group. We will support each other and form friendships. Please consider joining us in this new venture! If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that fitness and whole well being is vital to our happiness! Let’s have a good 2021 and make those well needed changes in our lives.
1.) Why did you start this group? I started this group because I want to help people who are struggling in making the healthy choices. Life gets in the way, especially as a mother and teacher. For sure! But it is so vital to take care of our own bodies.
2.) What got me started? First, let me tell you it was YEARS in the making. I would put minimal effort in a couple times a year, but honestly I made a lot of excuses. I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia back when I was 18 years old. Since that diagnosis, I have been diagnosed with a thyroid problem too. I have gotten married, had 3 kids, and decided to homeschool our kids. I was tired all the time. No energy. No time for myself (not even to pee by myself – as a mom I am sure you feel this way too). Two years ago, I gained 30 lbs in a year and a half and doctors could not explain it. I just got told it wasn’t normal but no way to fix it. I just couldn’t accept that answer. I had to try to do something about it! I renewed my Beach Body On Demand for a year (my Birthday present) and started to work out. I noticed I just how weak I was. I hated that feeling! I hated feeling like I was such out of shape! So I started working out 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. I didn’t drop a lot of weight, but I did start to build my muscles up. I also started to build my stamina and endurance up. Fast forward 6 months later and I feel great. I feel like I am finally in control of my body. I am much happier, too! Now I want to help other people get in shape, not just through fitness, but through the whole body! *Always check with your doctor to make sure activity is okay for your health.
3) What do I expect from the group? I expect activity. I want us to get to know each other. I want us to support one another. We will be each others accountability group. We will find success together.
4.) Do I have to sign up for Beach Body On Demand to be in this group? NO! You can sign up for Beach Body. I highly recommend them, but if you already have a program no worries. Continue with your program and share your ups, downs, frustrations, and wins.
5.) Will I have to pay for the Printables in this group? No you will not. I have made these printables for you to use free of charge.
